Join us Monday October 14th for an Aries Full Moon Circle hosted by Mary Beth of @wholisticastrology from 6:30-8pm.

In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the independent and warrior nature of Aries. Together we will practice & discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky. 

We will practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the fire  element and with a focus on the head; Aries ruler of the body.  The circle will end with a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Aries.  

Please bring a blanket or mat for making sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal and water.

This is a love offering event, meaning payment is not required: you pay what you can! There is a $10 suggested donation which you can pay Mary Beth in person!
