About the event

Join us on November 11th for a Taurus Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30-8pm hosted by Mary Beth of @wholisticastrology .

In this Sacred Circle Mary Beth will lead you into the sensual and dependable energy of the Taurus Full Moon. Together we will discuss these energies along with other planetary impacts present in the sky.

We will practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the earth element with a focus on the neck/throat; Taurus ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with some sound healing to support the energy of Taurus.

*We will begin with yoga. Please be sure to arrive ready to start the practice.

*Please bring a blanket or mat for making sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal and water.
