Spend the evening in the sacred presence of Holy Basil, also known as Tulsi. It is an ancient herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine. Holy Basil is the holy trinity balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Her spirit has the power to heighten awareness and mental clarity. Its medicine is the chief activator for inspiration and wisdom. She awakens the divine within and reminds us of our sacred path.

During this journey, you will learn about the medicinal uses, history, folklore, and magical uses and drink the delicious medicine of Holy Basil. You may come with a question as we will go on a shamanic journey to meet the Spirit of Holy Basil. Where you will receive wisdom and information that may help you on your path.

In plant consciousness work, each plant has gifts it wishes to share with you. The plants encourage us to discover harmony within the blessings they provide. Other workshops exploring different plant medicines will follow within the Earth Medicine Journey.

*Holy Basil is an adaptogen herb that acts as a “stress release” in the body. That helps to reduce chronic stress and fatigue through the adaptation of stress.

• Diabetics
• High or Low blood pressure
• Stomach ulcers or a history of them
• Autoimmune disorders — especially thyroid disorders

Please bring water, pen and paper, a small personal item with you to place on the altar, a yoga mat or blanket, to lie on for the drum journey, as well as a bandana or eye mask to cover your eyes.
