This is an all-day class (6 hours of healing and love)

This course is for those of you who are deeply interested in the beauty of sound healing for self and others. The curriculum itself is designed to inform you of:

• the different types of bowls
• how to choose the best one(s) for you
• how to use them
• how the frequencies heal
• how to assess which bowls to use with which chakras for optimal alignment

The best part is this is an experiential class! Best way to learn is by DOing. By the end of the day, you’ll be conducting a sound healing session on another high-vibing soul!

Here’s an outline of the day’s events:

• Intro and sound bath to ground and align
• The science behind sound healing. Who were the first contributors to the benefits of healing frequencies? What was their research
• Different types of bowls: Therapeutic bowls (Tibet), Crystal Singing bowls
• How to find the bowl that’s right for YOU
• Chakras and frequencies (include chart) and what it means when the chakras are “off” physically, emotionally, mentally
• Assessing the chakras for self and others incorporating body heat or pendulum (practice)
• Playing the bowls – a HOW TO practice and jam session
• Harmonizing
• Supplements to a singing bowl session including other types of sound healing instruments  – crystals and essential oils
• The components of a complete session
• Practice on a partner!
• Q&A and grounding
