About the event
Join us on February 10th for a Leo Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30–8:00 PM lead by local astrologer and yogi Mary Beth. You can find her on instagram @wholisticastrology .
In this Sacred Circle, we will dive into the courageous and creative energy of the Leo Full Moon. Together, we’ll discuss these energies along with other planetary impacts currently present in the sky.
We’ll also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to support, recharge, and strengthen our connection to the fire element, with a focus on the heart and spine—areas ruled by Leo. This will be followed by a guided visualization infused with sound healing to align with the energy of the Leo moon.
The circle will begin with yoga. Please arrive ready to start the practice. Please bring a blanket or mat for comfort while sitting or lying on the floor AND don’t forget your journal and water!
