In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the sunny, creative and courageous energy of the Leo Full Moon. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

About the event

Join Mary Beth on February 2nd for a Leo Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30-8pm

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the fire element and with a focus on the heart & spine; Leo’s ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Leo.

*We will start the circle with yoga. Please be sure to arrive ready to start the practice.

*Please bring a blanket or yoga mat for making the yoga practice, sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal and water.
