This is a group series of in-person breathwork sessions focused on activating your inner power

and somatically releasing physical and emotional pain.

The commitment is 5-weeks of deep exploration within yourself through the power of breath.

Each week we will be going through a soul activation, diving further into connection with your

physical health, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual gifts and purpose.

Although this journey is highly personal and internal, the power of being in a live community will

help to amplify a collective release and embodiment of one another’s soul calling.

Each session is 2 hours in length starting with a meditation, then into several rounds of

breathwork followed by group integration and sharing. The session is accompanied by rhythmic

beats and sound healing from local Charlotte musicians.

This 5-week journey is for all levels from beginner to experienced. The breathing practices

offered are rooted in yogic pranayama, Wim Hof Method, and Holotropic Breathwork.

About Your Guide - Lauren Lapoint

Lauren is a trained breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher and somatic coach. Lauren has been

studying various body-based modalities since 2015, with a focus on breath and somatic healing.

She has studied with experienced teachers from India, Mexico, and SouthEast Asia, and around

the U.S.

She takes an East meets West approach, focusing on physical anatomy and the

science-backed benefits of breathing, while incorporating energy, vocal toning and musical

elements to evoke emotional and spiritual exploration.

The most important aspect of any breath journey is the safety and privacy of the

students and integrity of the space held. The group will be fully supported with proper

instruction and guidance, and among an accepting and judgment-free community.
