Please arrive prepared to discuss: embracing positive energy, tools to stay positive in negative situations and environments, being thoughtful of how you speak to yourself and others, simple practices that can keep us empowered to be the change we want to see in ourselves.

Satsang offers an invitation to immerse yourself in the light of truth, love, and wisdom - an opportunity to open your heart and energy body to deep fulfillment, contentment, and meaning, while sharing in community for our highest good. We will stand in circle as our most authentic selves, share our thoughts and experiences. We can’t change the truth, but the truth can change everything. Circle starts promptly at 11am. Bring along your journal and an item to place in our sacred circle.
