In this intuitive sound healing meditation, Autumn Austin of Journey There Wands, channels sound, vibrations and healing through her voice, light language and sacred tools. She will play gongs, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, tuning pipes, drums to take you from a beta brain wave state (alert mind) to theta and delta states (deep meditation).  Autumn brings in Usui & Karuna Reiki, brings in her deep connection with Mother Earth & Lady Gaia & the Healing powers of the Magdalene Priestess Lineage.

Sound can clear the auric fields; balance and align the chakras; aid in releasing; increase inner sight. It can also simply improve mood and outlook, or facilitate miracles.

Please bring a blanket or mat to make sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal, water and if you like an item to place on the altar as an anchor for the energies when you return home.
