"Transmuting Limitation & Creating New Earth" -During this time of balanced light and dark, we bring ourselves into the spotlight to observe the areas that are out of balance, to begin the process of releasing and letting go the limitation and consciousness that holds us back or keeps us playing small. Together we will create sacred space, share our hopes and dreams and be witness to and hold space for each other. Together we will set our Intentions for the rest of the year and bringing to the altar all that is ready to be released and transmuted into our own special brand of magic. Then we will relax into or surrender to the Multi-Dimensional Sound and Vibrations from Higher Realms that are intended to Transmute all that you are ready to release. This Sound Entrainment will Open You up to the Vibrations of Healing and Empowerment.

In this intuitive sound healing ceremony, Autumn Austin of Journey There Wands, channels sound, vibrations and healing through her voice, light language and sacred tools. She will play gongs, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, tuning pipes, drums to take you from a beta brain wave state (alert mind) to theta and delta states (deep meditation). Autumn brings in Usui & Karuna Reiki, her deep connection with Mother Earth and Lady Gaia as well as the Healing powers of the Magdalene Priestess Lineage.

Bring your intention to leave changed, renewed, reborn and balanced. Also bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if lying on the floor or a meditation pillow if sitting. Bring a bottle of water, your journal and something sacred (crystal, statue…) to help anchor the energies for after the session.
