About the event

Join Mary Beth on November 4th for a Taurus Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30-8pm on Tuesday November 4th!

In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the slow and steady nature of the Taurus Full Moon. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the earth element and with a focus on the throat and neck; Taurus ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Taurus.

*We will start the circle with yoga. Please be sure to arrive ready to start the practice.

*Please bring a blanket or mat for making sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal and water.
