🧘‍♀️Join Cynthia Catera every Wednesday from 6:30 - 7:30 for a Yin Flow Nidra Journey centered around the seasons! ❄️🌷🍃🍂

🧘‍This yoga class is an immersive journey of setting intention, aligning the nadis and seeking guidance from our internal divine wisdom. Through rest, relaxation, and stillness, we are able to activate our eternal listening, allowing us to wake up to our essential nature and to marry body with spirit. All levels are welcomed as this is a gentle practice of tuning inwards. This experience will be a 1-hour journey of a Yin Flow and Yoga Nidra centered around seasonal themes while creating sacred space. We will begin with centering and grounding, breathwork and/or mantra, followed by an all-levels yin flow, and will end with a Yoga Nidra meditation.

🧘‍♀️Participants are encouraged to bring their own bolster, blocks, blankets, eye mask, and journal to record any transmissions received during the practice.
