We all know October as the time when the veil between our world and the spirit world begins to thin in a major way. Maybe you have been experiencing intense energy shifts or have been receiving downloads from Spirit in the most unusual of ways. However, something about this October seemed more...intense...than usual and there are some really good reasons why!
October 2020 kicked off with a fiery Full Moon in Aries on the 1st and quickly followed with a New Moon in Libra on the same day Mercury went into Retrograde. Whew! I know you all felt that one.
Needless to say, it has been a very powerful month, but it's not quite finished yet. For the first time since March of 2018 we will experience TWO Full Moons within the same calendar month - the second of which is dubbed a 'Blue Moon.' Although the Moon will not actually appear to be blue in hue, it will certainly a sight to behold. If you're lucky, you may even be able to see the red glow of Mars off to the side.
Full Moons take place on Halloween night approximately every 18-19 years, the last one taking place back in 2001. This ultra rare 'Blue Moon' will appear at 100% on Halloween night, for the first time in 76 years.
Our Blue Moon will take place in the sign of Taurus which is all about love, romance, abundance, finances, and good food. With the Sun being in the sign of Scorpio for the next few weeks, expect the intensity to increase. Taurus and Scorpio are compatible opposites on the astrological wheel, representing life and death as well as passion and intensity.
From what I have gathered, spiritualists have mixed emotions when it comes to manifestation or spellwork on this Halloween Blue Moon. Some say that it is a great time to give money and love workings a boost and others claim that the entrance of Uranus into the picture may cause some unpredictable outcomes. The best advice I can give is to do what you are feeling called to do but be aware that you may need to remain flexible.
