About the event

Join us at our Monthly Full Moon Circle with Mary Beth! This Aquarius Full Moon Healing Circle will be held at Sanctuary Imports from 6:30-8pm

In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the progressive, original, independent, and humanitarian energy of the Aquarius Full Moon. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the air element and with a focus on the calves, heels and shins; Aquarius ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Aquarius.

We will start the circle with yoga. Please be sure to arrive ready to start the practice.

Be sure to bring a blanket or mat for making sitting and laying on…
