About the event

Join us on September 25th for an Aries Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30-8:00pm lead by Mary Beth!

In this Sacred Circle, we will dive into the active, assertive and adventurous energy of the Aries Full Moon. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the fire element and with a focus on the head; Aries ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Aries.

~ We will start the circle with yoga so, be sure to arrive ready to start the practice! ~
