In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the goal oriented and serious nature of Capricorn. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

About the event
Join us on Friday July 11th for our Capricorn Full Moon Healing Circle lead by astro-wellness Astrologer Mary Beth!
In this Sacred Circle we will dive into the goal oriented and serious nature of Capricorn. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.
We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the earth element and with a focus on the knees; Capricorns ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of the root chakra and Capricorn.
Be prepared to practice at the beginning of the circle.
Cost: Love Donation (suggested amount of $10).
Bring a blanket or mat for making sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal and water.
