Chakra Ceremony: Introduction, Deepening & Attunement

Components of this ceremony includes transpersonal hypnosis, guided visualization, and sound healing. The Sanskrit word Chakra translates into wheel or disk. The purpose of this ceremony is to create balance within your being. Each main chakra contains bundles of nerves, major organs, as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being.

Description:

•The ceremony is open to 15 participants ONLY. No experience required to attend!

•We will discuss what is a chakra, The 7 basic chakra systems, how chakras correspond with our physical anatomy, and the affects of planetary influences on the chakras.

•Please increase your water intake the days leading up to this ceremony. Honor your body by eating healthy & light the day of.

•Let yourself enjoy and embrace a powerful act of self-care as you are guided into an induction and deeper awareness of the chakras. Receiving the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, and other harmonic tools.

The sounds and vibrations interact powerfully with our bodies, cleansing and rejuvenating us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Blocks and tensions are washed away, leaving you centered, energized, and connected with the world around you.

•We will end this ceremony with a discussion!
