Dealing with the death of a loved one is difficult, especially during the holidays. And staying connected with them can seem impossible.  But have you considered that your relationship can continue even after the physical death of the body?

Instead, the relationship transforms and we have to learn a new way to communicate. 

My husband, who passed a year ago, tells me he's just in the other room. Our relationship is different now, and because of this, I had to learn a new way to communicate with him. He taught me to watch for signs he sends and the best way to "hear" him. 

Everyone can connect with their loved ones because we are first-spirit.  Communicating with those who have crossed is more like remembering where we come from. 

You don't need a medium to intercede for you or have mediumship abilities yourself. But an open mind and the willingness to see your grief and your loved ones from a higher, more loving perspective are required.
