Join us on Tuesday evenings from 7-8pm for Flow Yoga with Mandi Murrow. This class is free, but love offerings are always appreciated.

About Mandi

I am a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, yoga teacher, meditation facilitator and Reiki master. I have lived in Charlotte over 20 years and I am a wife and mother of 3, now living on our Suburban farm in Matthews and creating a life of wellness for my family and clients. Teaching yoga has become my way to ground myself, connect with nature and decrease stress and help students do the same. I found the Magic that is yoga when I started my practice over 15 years ago. As I went through hard times in my life I found solace in my yoga practice. My goal as a teacher is to help others find the same peace and solace as we practice together. Breathe together and Move in Flow.

Jewelry without tags attached &/or that has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged if damaged. No refunds for no shows of readings, sessions or classes. Refunds for readings, sessions or classes must be a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If less than 48 hours prior but before the scheduled appointment time a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed.
