practice of connecting with the cycles of the moon to enhance our spiritual growth as well as or physical

, mental and emotional well-being. The moon has long been revered as a symbol of feminine energy,

intuition, and emotional intelligence. We will delve into the different phases of the moon and how they

relate to various aspects of our lives, including our moods, energy levels, and creativity. Through guided

meditations and rituals, we will learn how to attune ourselves to the natural rhythms of the moon and

how to harness its power to manifest our desires and release what no longer serves us. By the end of

this class, you will have a deeper understanding of the moon's influence on our lives and how to
