Join us for a transformative Sound Bath and Hypnotic Journey through the Chakras as we enter the New Year, led by Michael Anthony and Heidi Baggott.

Michael will take us on a hypnotic guided meditation through each chakra which will release any blockages in the seven energy centers of the body. It is through the hypnotic guided meditation, where we access the subconscious where many blockages are stored. The sound healing vibrations and frequencies with each note she plays that will assist you in connecting with and balancing your energy centers (chakras).
