A 2-hour guided journey into the human psyche, body and spirit through the power of your own breath. The group will be led through a serious of deep and invigorating breath sessions, accompanied with musicand live sound healing to activate energy, release emotion and stress, and feel thephysical and spiritual benefits of connected breath.This class is for all levels, from beginner to experienced. The breathing practices offered are rooted in yogic pranayama, Wim Hof Method, and Halotropic Breathwork.

About Your Guide

Lauren Lapoint is a trained breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher and somatic guide. Lauren has been studying various body-based modalities since 2015, with a focus on breath and somatic healing since 2020. She has studied with experienced teachers from India, Mexico, and South East Asia, and around the U.S.She takes an East meets West approach, focusing on physical anatomy and science-backed benefits of breathing, while incorporating energy, toning and musical elements to evoke emotional and spiritual exploration.The most important aspect of any breath journey is the safety and privacy of thestudents and integrity of the space held. Our group will be fully supporting with properinstruction and will be among an accepting, judgement-free community.
