We will be exploring choosing forgiveness for yourself, the positive changes it brings, and the benefits of self-forgiveness to body, mind & spirit.

That place within that you've always longed for: of complete rest, joy, peace and wholeness. It's an invitation to immerse yourself in the light of truth, love and wisdom. It's an opportunity to open your heart and energy body to the deepest form of fulfillment, contentment and meaning, sharing with others for the greatest good.
