This month's topic is embracing positive energy! Please arrive prepared to discuss: tools to stay positive in negative situations and environments, why you should practice mindfulness around how you speak to yourself and others, and how these simple practices can keep you empowered.

Satsang offers an invitation to immerse yourself in the light of truth, love, and wisdom- an opportunity to open your heart and energy body to deep fulfillment, contentment, and meaning, while sharing in community for our highest good. We will stand in circle as our most authentic selves, share our thoughts and experiences. We can’t change the truth, but the truth can change everything. Circle starts promptly at 11am. Bring along your journal and an item to place in our sacred circle.
