This is a 90 minute Journey of transcendental sounds, dynamic rhythms, and soothing vibrations to ease you into deep relaxation.  

We invite you to enjoy a multi sensory, experiential session open to all. 

Enjoy Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, a variety of Native American Flutes, Drums and other harmonious instrumentation a perfect environment for stress-reduction, meditation, healing, and insight.

We encourage you to comfortably sit or lay down to receive the sounds.  

COST: $35 

BRING: Something to lay on such as a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask, and water bottles (The store has a limited amount available).  Dress comfortably!  You maybe inspired to write, a journal and pen is also recommended.  

WHY SOUND MEDITATION:
