Sound Healing is one of my favorite modalities. Beyond a cellular level, our cells are made of vibrations. What better way to effect vibrations than using vibrations.. in the form of sound. I will be using an array of musical instruments from ancient cultures to create a meditational space for you. With these instruments I will be holding space for each individual to connect with aspects of yourselves that may get foggy through daily routines. You may experience negative thought forms, traumas, or emotional patterns coming to the surface to be released.
