Join Twisted Kids Yoga for a Teen Yoga Teacher Training! 

We believe that adolescents can benefit from yoga & mindfulness classes in a really big way! We have designed this module to bring yoga and mindfulness to this population of yogis in a purposeful way. Teens are under a lot of pressure and need to be educated about the proper tools to use for self care and stress relief.

Times:

Friday January 10th 5:30-8:30pm on zoom

Saturday January 11th 9:00am-6:00pm

Sunday January 12th 9:00am-6:00pm

In this module:

-We will introduce developmental and trauma related information.                                                   

-We will teach the best practices and techniques for sharing yoga & mindfulness to teens.

-We will teach tools and techniques that are both energetic and creative, which helps to stimulate their development.

*We highly suggest you take the Foundations From The Ground Up YTT with us before taking this training. Please email us first before signing up, we like to understand your yoga experience.
