About the event

Join Mary Beth on March 2nd for a Virgo Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30-8pm

In this Sacred Circle, we will dive into the discerning, practical and health conscious energy of the Virgo Full Moon. Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the earth element and with a focus on the abdominals; Virgo’s ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Virgo.

*We will start the circle with yoga. Please be sure to arrive ready to start the practice.

* Please bring a blanket or yoga mat for making the yoga practice, sitting and laying on the floor more comfortable. Bring your journal and water.
